What you'll receive
You leave with more than
a memory of the session.
After every session, you receive your own document — written in your words, built around your world. Not a generic handout. Something that keeps the work going between sessions, where the real change happens.
The real change happens between the sessions.
An hour with me, once a week, is where the work begins — but it's the days in between that change things. The people who get the most from this are the ones who practise the tools and lean into the change in everyday life. That's exactly what these documents are for. When you're stressed, or a child's head is full of a hundred important things, it's hard to remember what to practise — or why it helps. So I write it down, in a way you'll actually want to read: something to return to between sessions, that keeps the work alive when you're not in the room with me.
Something to practise
The tools and stories from your session, written down — so they're there when you need them, not lost the moment you leave.
A map of your journey
Each document quietly records how far you've come — so we can pause, look back, and celebrate the change together.
Built around you
Your language, your stories, your safe space. Never a generic handout — something that belongs to you, because it was made for you.
Built around the person — never poured into a template.
Below are two examples, created for two fictional clients. They look completely different because the people are completely different. That's the whole point. Yours would be built around you — your language, the stories that mean something to you, and the safe space that's yours alone.
Mateo
Age 11 · Big feelings & anger
- 🪐 Completely space-mad — knows every planet
- 🎨 Favourite colour is blue
- 🌋 Big feelings that go from calm to eruption fast, especially when something feels unfair
- ⚽ Loves football and building Lego
Why his document looks like this
Because Mateo lives in space, his safe place became a rocket control room — dials to cool his anger, planets to escape to, and a crew of characters that are all his own. It's built in his world, so it feels like it belongs to him. Because it does.
Martha
Age 36 · Anxiety & overwhelm
- 🏥 Practice manager at a busy GP surgery
- 👧 Mum to two — aged 7 and 4
- 📖 Loves to read, when she can find a quiet moment
- 🌅 Happiest by the sea — finds the sound of waves the most settling thing she knows
Why her document looks like this
Martha's calm comes from the coast, so her safe place became a quiet beach — somewhere to sit, read, and let her breath settle with the tide. The whole document carries that stillness, because that's what she needs more of.
Yours would look like nobody else's.
Because it would be built around you. Whatever settles you, whatever world makes sense to you — that's where we'd begin.
